Accepted applicants complete enrollment requirements, acknowledgments, financial arrangements, and orientation requirements.
Begin
Enrollment is activated and the student enters the Digital Campus to begin the ministry-preparation journey.

Applicants should be prepared to provide personal and contact information, educational background, church and ministry background, and a statement concerning calling and ministry goals.
Supporting Documentation
Depending on the approved program and admissions policy, supporting educational or ministry documentation may be requested. The secure application will identify the items applicable to each applicant.
Production safeguard: Final document requirements and program-specific prerequisites will be published only from the School's approved admissions policies.

Admissions Review
The School verifies required information and documentation. If an item is missing, the applicant can be notified through the applicant workflow rather than through stacks of correspondence.
Decision
Only an appropriately authorized School official records the final admissions decision.
Enrollment
Acceptance and enrollment remain separate stages. Accepted applicants complete the remaining requirements before becoming active students.
Student Activation
When enrollment is complete, the institutional student record and appropriate Digital Campus access can be activated.

The production Digital Campus will provide authenticated application accounts, secure document upload, required acknowledgments, electronic signatures where appropriate, and application-status tracking.
Online Application Portal
The Official Application for Admission v1.0 is now integrated into the website.
Applicants may complete, save locally, review, and print the official electronic application. Protected server-side submission will be enabled only after the secure admissions endpoint is configured.
