This restricted governance page separates successful staging validation from authorization to use real applicant, student, faculty, registrar, finance, and administrative records.
Mandatory Production Gates
- Staging end-to-end workflow completed with fictional data.
- Seven-role access matrix tested with expected allow/deny results.
- Authentication, API, database, private storage, DNS and HTTPS verified.
- Backup and restore procedure tested successfully.
- Privacy and records-handling procedures approved.
- Incident response and account-revocation procedures documented.
- Production secrets stored only in approved provider secret stores.
- Public pages reviewed for accurate institutional and regulatory statements.
- Production authorization recorded by designated School authority.
Launch Decision
Status: NOT AUTHORIZED UNTIL ALL GATES ARE VERIFIED
A successful staging test is not, by itself, permission to process real records.
